Easter Closure Notice
Please note that we will be closed over the Easter weekend (Good Friday to Easter Monday). We look forward to seeing you back after the break, if this does effect your class please let me know if there is another class you would like to attend instead!
Word of the Month: Perseverance (坚持 – Jiān chí)
This month, we focus on perseverance – a vital quality that defines true martial artists. Like bamboo that bends but never breaks, perseverance teaches us to keep pushing forward, no matter the challenges. Through consistent practice and unwavering determination, we can achieve what once seemed impossible.
April in Kung Fu History
Did you know that April marks the traditional start of outdoor training in many ancient Chinese martial arts schools? As nature awakens, it reminds us of the core principles of Wing Chun – adaptability and growth, just like the changing seasons.
