Chi Gong for beginners

Toddler group for children age 18 Months to 3 years old

For children aged 4-7 at the beginning of their Martial arts adventure

For children aged 4-7 at the Black belt stage of their Martial arts adventure

For children aged 8-12 that have completed their first four grading’s of their Martial arts adventure

For students aged 8-12 at the beginning of their Martial Arts Adventure

For students aged 13+ after their forth adult grading.  Also a great place to start coming from the Leadership classes once you have passed the first degree.
